Messrs. Welch and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the operation of the Springfield Housing Authority’s Talk/Read/Succeed! program"; and

In said section 2 and in said item 7004-0099 by striking out the figure "$6,739,414" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$6,789,413".
