Mr. Humason moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following words: -

"provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the City of Westfield for local tourism initiatives, including, but not limited to, the expansion of signage for points of interest and the development of cultural events”,

and in said item by striking out the figures "$848,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$898,176".
