Messrs. Lesser and Welch and Ms. Gobi moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for Leadership Pioneer Valley Inc.'s regional leadership development program"; and

In said section 2, in said item 7003-0100, by striking out the figure "$743,578" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$818,578".
