City of Pittsfield Morningstar Residences

Mr. Hinds moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after line item 7004-0104, the following item:-

“7004-0107 For the administration of local housing programs; provided, that not less than $200,000 be expended on the Morningstar Residences in Pittsfield; provided further that, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no funds shall be transferred from this item to any other item of appropriation; and provided further, that funds shall be expended fully and on a schedule consistent with the provisions of section 9B of chapter 29 of the General Laws……$930,000”.
