Berlin Community Garden Irrigation

Mr. Tran moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, provided further, that no less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Town of Berlin for the installation of an artesian well and submerged pump for garden irrigation.
