329 High Street Contaminated Soil Removal Project

Mr. Tran and Ms. L'Italien moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, “provided further that no less than $42,500 shall be expended to the Town of Clinton for the removal of contaminated soils and environmental remediation at 329 High Street in Clinton and in said item by striking out the figures "9,245,558" and inserting in place thereof the figures "9,288,058"
