Mr. Tran and Ms. L'Italien moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2800-0100, “provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Town of Clinton for the maintenance and improvement of the south branch of the Nashua River to lessen hazard of flood and in said item by striking out the figures "4,150,126" and inserting in place thereof the figures "4,200,126"
