Seekonk Hazardous Waste Cleanup

Mr. Feeney moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2260-8870, by inserting after the word "landfills" the following:

“provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the town of Seekonk for the expense of the hazardous waste cleanup at the Attleboro Dye Works facility site”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$13,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$14,000,000”.
