Mr. Tarr moves to amend the report in rule 38A 1/2 by inserting at the beginning the following:-The Senate shall not continue in session beyond the hour of 10 pm. This rule shall not be suspended unless two-thirds of the members present and voting consent to such suspension on a recorded year and nay vote
