Time to Review Senate Committee Polls

Mr. Ross moves to amend the report in Rule 12, by inserting after the words “formal session.” the following:- “All standing committees must provide committee members a minimum of 24 hours to review committee polls prior to submitting their vote. This requirement may only be suspended with the approval of the chairman and ranking minority member of the committee.”
