Matters considered in an informal session

Messrs. Tarr and Montigny move to amend the report in rule 5A, by inserting, after the word “considered” the following new sentence:-

“Matters considered in an informal session shall have either received a public hearing or other disposition by a committee of relevant subject matter jurisdiction”
