Time to consider matters in an informal

Messrs. Tarr and Montigny move to amend the report in Rule 7, by inserting after the third sentence the following sentence:-

“On or before May 31, 2017, the agenda for informal sessions shall be available to the members and the public at least 1 calendar day prior to the start of that session, except when informal sessions are held on consecutive days..”
