Provided with text of bills prior to poll

Messrs. Tarr, Eldridge and Montigny move to amend the report in rule 12, by inserting after the first sentence in the second paragraph the following sentence:-

“Committees shall provide to members of the committee either the text or comprehensive summaries of the bills or other forms of legislative matters prior to the beginning of an executive session or poll.”
