Mr. Tarr moves to amend the report in rule 12 by striking "A Committee on Ethics; To consist of 7 members, including 2 members appointed by the Minority Leader. A Committee on Rules; To consist of 7 members, including 2 members appointed by the Minority Leader" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"A Committee on Ethics; To consist of 8 members, including 4 members appointed by the Minority Leader. A Committee on Rules; To consist of 8 members, including 4 members appointed by the Minority Leader"
