Time to Review Joint Committee Polls

Mr. Ross moves to amend the report in Rule 1D, by striking out the figure “6” and inserting in place thereof the figure “24”; and moves to further amend the bill, in Rule 1D, by striking out the words “a concurrent vote of the majority of committee members of each branch on a roll call vote.” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “the approval of at least one chairman and at least one ranking minority member of the committee.”
