Unlicensed Health Care Providers

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 12, by inserting after "provider" the following:- “(1)”;

And moves to further amend the bill in section 1, in line 15, by inserting after “psychologist” the following:- “; or (2) Any unlicensed person portraying or otherwise offering the appearance of a professional health care provider who offers or seeks to offer advice to another person on their mental or physical wellbeing.”.
