Technical Amendment

Mr. Cyr moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “Vineyard”, in line 8, the second time it appears, the following words:- “; provided, however, that Vineyard Wind LLC shall provide mitigation for the granting of such an easement pursuant to the Host Community Agreement entered into between the city known as the town of Barnstable and Vineyard Wind LLC.”.
