Amendment #26 to H2019

relative to rule 20(a)

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the order in Rule 20(a) by inserting in line 712 after the words "primary sponsor of the amendment" the words "and with the consent of any and all secondary sponsors"

And further moves to amend said rule by inserting at the end of line 996 thereof the following new sentence:-

"Any amendment may be withdrawn at the request of the primary sponsor of the amendment and with the consent of any and all secondary sponsors."
