Amendment #4 to H2021

Committee Poll - 2 Hrs

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham and Smola of Warren move to amend the order by inserting in proposed rule 1D at the end of the first paragraph after the word “hours.” the following:

“A list of matters and copies of all bills that are to be voted on at an executive session shall be made available to the members of each committee electronically no less 2 hours prior to their consideration. If the committee uses an electronic poll, the poll must stay open for at least 2 hours or until such time all committee members have voted.”
