Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: -

SECTION XX. Section 103 of Chapter 154 of the Acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking, in the third paragraph, the words “February 1, 2019” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- June 30, 2019
