Amendment #16 to H3505

New England Board of Higher Education

Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 3000-7040 the following item:

"7066-0009     For the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), to remedy the Commonwealth's financial obligation to NEBHE due to a 9C reduction of $183,750 in FY15 and the Legislature's reduction of $184,500 to the Governor's recommended full funding in FY17. Thus, Massachusetts is in arrears to NEBHE and its partner states..........$93,000."
