Amendment #6 to H3505

Fentanyl Interdiction Grants

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 8000-0125 the following item:-             

“8000-0140For a grant program administered by the executive office of public safety and security for regional fentanyl interdiction; provided, that administrative costs for approved grants shall not exceed 2 per cent of the funds appropriated in this item              $5,000,000”
