Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 10 by inserting, in line 89, after the word “campaign” the following words:- , in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Khmer and Arabic and any other language that is the primary language of at least 10,000 or ½ of one per cent of all residents of the commonwealth,.
