At-Risk Youth Program - Haverhill Inner City Boxing Club

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Haverhill Inner City Boxing Club, Inc."
