Amendment #1009 to H3800

Harry McDonough Sailing Center

Representatives Biele of Boston, Driscoll of Milton and Hunt of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2810-2042 in line 40 by inserting after "nonpublic entities in this item" the following "provided, that no less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Harry McDonough Sailing Center and its youth programming" and in said item by striking the figures "$25,800,000" and inserting place thereof the following figures "$25,825,000".
