Representatives Mark of Peru, Blais of Sunderland, Whipps of Athol and Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4510-0810 by inserting after “alliance Inc” the following: “provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Franklin County and North Quabbin”; and further amended by striking “$5,354,543” and inserting in place “$5,414,543”,
