Addressing the UMass Boston Budget Deficits

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7100-0200, in line 9, by inserting after "maintenance;" the following:

“provided further, that annual salaries and benefits shall be reduced by ten percent, based on Fiscal Year 2019 annual rate amounts as determined by the Office of the Comptroller, for all provosts, associate provosts, deans and chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Boston.”
