Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 1410-1616 the following item: "xxxx-xxxx For war memorials provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the sculpting and erecting of the Justice Edward O. Gourdin Veterans War Memorial Park"
