ADA Accessibility Upgrades for the Wild Acres Conservation Area

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting after the word “park” the second time it appears, the following: "provided further that not less than $26,000 be provided to the City of Pittsfield for ADA Accessibility Upgrades for the Wild Acres Conservation Area including renovation of the exterior trail including wooden duckboard routes to the youth fishing area and pressure treated wood switchback ramp to the observation area stage, accessible picnic tables and benches, etc. and in said item by striking the figures “$$44,736,288 ” and inserting in place thereof the figures ”$ 44,762,288”
