Representatives Decker of Cambridge, Miranda of Boston, Hecht of Watertown and Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 0330-0613, by striking out the figure “$3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$5,532,500”.
