DCR – Programming

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 30, by inserting after "park" the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Department of Conservation and Recreation to conduct environmental education programming. Said programming shall include, but not limited to: riverside and waterway clean-up activities along the Charles River, at Paul Revere Park and Gridley Locks” and in said item by striking out the figures "$44,736,288" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$44,786,288"
