Ms. Blais of Sunderland moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0640-0300 by inserting at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that $100,000 shall be provided to the Double Edge Theater in the town of Ashfield for improvements and expansion of its performance facilities. And further strike the figure $16,568,079 and insert in place thereof the figure $16,668,079”
