Family Resolution Specialty Court

Representatives Sabadosa of Northampton, Blais of Sunderland, Carey of Easthampton, Domb of Amherst and Mark of Peru move that the bill be amended in section 2 in item 0330-0300 by inserting in line 27, after "dispute resolution programming," the following:- "provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the Family Resolutions Specialty Court at the Hampshire probate and family court department;
