Fentanyl Drug Testing Harm Reduction Pilot Program

Representatives Gouveia of Acton, Blais of Sunderland, Lewis of Framingham, Robinson of Framingham and Sabadosa of Northampton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by striking out the figures “143,912,718” and  inserting in place thereof the figures “144,012,718” and by adding the following: “; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a fentanyl drug testing harm reduction pilot program to be conducted by Fenway Health”.
