Expanding access to adoption

Representatives Lewis of Framingham, Ashe of Longmeadow, Dykema of Holliston, O'Connell of Taunton, Robertson of Tewksbury and Robinson of Framingham move to amend the bill by inserting after section 58 the following section: "Section XX.  Section 1 of chapter 210 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in at the first sentence, the words “, or brother, sister, uncle or aunt, of the whole or half blood”. "
