Amendment #1189 to H3800

SouthCoast Youth Court Programs of New Bedford & Fall River

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport, Markey of Dartmouth and Hendricks of New Bedford move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 22, by inserting after, “programs”, the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the SouthCoast Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-led restorative justice".
