Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Stone Soul Inc., so-called in Springfield to the implementation of the Stone Soul Annual Community Festival related to year round cultural activities in Springfield.”and in said item by striking out the figures "16,568,079 and inserting in place thereof the figures "16,608,079"
