Business Development Grant Program in the City of Lowell

Representatives Golden of Lowell, Nangle of Lowell and Mom of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word "organizations" the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Innovation Venture Fund at UMass Lowell for the continued implementation of a business development grant program”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,650,000";
