Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7008-1024 the following item:- "7008-1116 provided that no less than $3,200,000 be provided to the Town of Northborough for the acquisition of land for a new fire department building……$3,200,000"
