Playing Fields and Open Space Restoration in the town of Chelmsford

Representatives Golden of Lowell, Nangle of Lowell, Arciero of Westford and Gouveia of Acton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 29, by inserting after the word "park" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the restoration of playing fields and open space  in the town of Chelmsford”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$44,736,288" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$44,936,288";
