Woburn Coalition Against Substance Abuse

Representatives Haggerty of Woburn and Ciccolo of Lexington move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "and; provided further, that no less than $10,000 be expended on substance abuse and addiction awareness and education efforts at the Woburn Coalition Against Substance Abuse".
