Green Crab Trapping

Representatives Hill of Ipswich and Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following:- “Provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a green crab trapping program as for applied research and product development”.
