Representatives Haggerty of Woburn, Ciccolo of Lexington, Garballey of Arlington, Robertson of Tewksbury, Gordon of Bedford and Jones of North Reading move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002, by adding the following: "provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purposes of English language tutoring and small group instruction to adult learners at English At Large."
