Substance Use Disorder Treatment Workforce Development

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-0200, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "; provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the bureau of substance addiction services to provide technical assistance to the service systems of medication management and treating co-occurring disorders; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended on the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission through an interagency service agreement with the bureau of substance addiction services to support workforce development" and in said item by striking out the figures "$143,912,718" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$148,912,718"
