Representatives Finn of West Springfield, González of Springfield, Sabadosa of Northampton, Tosado of Springfield, Hecht of Watertown, Crocker of Barnstable, Velis of Westfield, Puppolo of Springfield, Whipps of Athol, Williams of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow, Connolly of Cambridge, Barber of Somerville, Vega of Holyoke, Scaccia of Boston, Rogers of Cambridge and Haddad of Somerset move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0700, in line 32, by striking out the figures “$13,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures: “$20,000,000”; and in said item, line 34, by inserting after the words "as determined by the executive office" the following: "provided further, the executive office shall provide a supplemental payment of at least $10,000,000 for inpatient and outpatient behavioral and mental health services provided by disproportionate share hospitals subject to all required federal approvals and the availability of federal financial participation and shall be prioritized for services provided to children and adolescents.”
