Ms. Sullivan of Abington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1775-0800, by adding at the end there of:- “provided, that any unspent balance at the close of fiscal year 2020 shall remain in the Intragovernmental Service Fund and may be expended for that item in fiscal year 2021.”
