Northern Essex Registry of Deeds

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0540-0900 by adding the following: "that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for community and bilingual community outreach within the communities of Andover, North Andover, Lawrence and Methuen; and that not less than $135,000 be expended on moving related expenses to a new location for the Northern Essex Registry of Deeds;" and by striking out the figures “$1,276,783” and inserting the following figures: “$1,451,783”.
