Housing Families Pro Bono legal services

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-2000, in line 1, by inserting after "services" the following: "; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Housing Families Inc in the city of Malden for providing free legal services for income eligible residents at risk of homelessness through the Pro Bono Legal Services Program"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$22,792,063" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$22,892,063"
