Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 22, by inserting after the word "programs;" the following: "that $25,000 be appropriated to Neutral Corner Inc. Stop the Bullying program to help children to be safe and confident and to know the value of education; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,576,923" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,601,923".
