Improvements to Parkhill Park

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for improvements to the Parkhill Park Bathhouse in the City of Fitchburg."
